U.S. Members

NCSBN's 59 U.S. Members are comprised of nursing regulatory bodies in:

  • 50 U.S. states
  • District of Columbia
  • Four U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and the Virgin Islands
  • Three states have two nursing regulatory bodies, one for registered nurses (RNs) and one for licensed practical/vocational nurses (LPN/VNs): California, Louisiana and West Virginia
  • One state, Nebraska, has two nursing regulatory bodies, one representing RNs and one representing advanced practice nurses (APRNs)

In order to be approved for membership as a U.S. Member, nursing regulatory bodies must:

  • Agree to use one or more 性视界传媒licensing examinations
  • Execute an agreement

Final approval for membership is made by the Delegate Assembly, NCSBN's policy-making body.

Benefits to U.S. Members

U.S. Members gain access to invaluable 性视界传媒services and product offerings that will assist in efforts to protect and promote the welfare of the public and the interests of the profession of nursing. Collectively, U.S. Members have voting privileges during NCSBN's Annual Meeting to establish the strategic purpose and direction of the organization.
